By accessing or using any part of ZOQO DEAL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access the website or use any of our services. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and advertisers.

Use of Services

Our marketplace enables users to buy, sell, and browse listings for motors, real estate, jobs, electronics, and services in Oman. You agree to use the services only for legal purposes under applicable Omani laws.

  • Listings must accurately describe the physical state, price, and location of the item or property.

  • You must be a resident or legitimate entity in Oman to create classified ads.

  • Duplicate or spam listings will be deleted without prior notification.

User Accounts & Registration

To post ads, save favorites, or chat with verified sellers, you must register a user account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your profile.

Booking & Reservations

ZOQO DEAL provides matching capabilities for rental homes, service appointments, and vehicles. Any booking, reservation, or promise of transaction is strictly an agreement directly between the buyer and the seller. ZOQO DEAL does not act as a legal intermediary or escrow for real estate or automotive bookings.

Payment Terms

Basic listings on ZOQO DEAL are currently free of charge. Optional premium upgrades, such as high-visibility ads, interactive map highlights, and priority positioning, are subject to payment. All fees are in Omani Rials (OMR) and must be paid through approved local payment channels.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Classified listings and promotional packages can be cancelled by the user at any time. Paid promotion campaigns are generally non-refundable once the ad has been pushed to active status on our map and directory, except in cases of technical platform error verified by our Muscat support team.

Intellectual Property

All branding elements, layout designs, software code, databases, map interfaces, and content generated by ZOQO DEAL are protected by Omani intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos and description text, but grant ZOQO DEAL a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and promote such media.

User Conduct

We maintain a high-trust community. Users must treat buyers, sellers, and support staff with respect. You are explicitly prohibited from:

  • Uploading fraudulent, counterfeit, or stolen goods.

  • Using scrapers, crawlers, or automated bots to pull user contact details or ad prices.

  • Harassing community members through our integrated Chat with Al Basim feature.

Limitation of Liability

ZOQO DEAL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Omani law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transaction disputes, fraudulent ads, or temporary service interruptions.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZOQO DEAL, its founders, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. All information submitted to the platform is handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law of Oman. Please review our comprehensive Privacy Policy to understand how we secure your phone numbers, coordinates, and chat transcripts.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external, third-party sites or advertisements. We do not endorse, monitor, or have any control over the privacy practices, content, or accuracy of these external platforms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant revisions will be announced via the main landing page, dashboard notifications, or email. Your continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated clauses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the royal decrees and corporate regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising under these conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Muscat, Oman.
